About this provider

We are a user led community based day service overseen by a committee comprising of the people who use our service on a daily basis. We have trustees who assist in a voluntary capacity. Our centre is fully accessible in adapted premises centrally located in the heart of Calderdale in Mytholmroyd. We provide unique and innovative services for people who have a physical disability.

Where we are

Situated in a beautiful location at the canal side in Mytholmroyd, west Yorkshire but we cover the entire area of Calderdale - no area is excluded

Our Staff

Our staff are fully trained in all disabilities and offer full care and support for adults with all manner of physical disabilities. The people we care for include stroke survivors, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis patients, people with severe visual impairment, brain injury, cerebral palsy and spina bifida.

We off a range of services and maximise independence and help to prevent social isolation. Our service helps our members to:-

• Boost confidence and self esteem
• Make new friends
• Relax in a comfortable and cheerful environment
• Provide carer respite
• Reduce the need for hospital stays
• Have many enjoyable days out in the community
