Voyage Specialist Healthcare provide clinically led care and support for clients of all ages with learning and physical disabilities, autism, mental health needs, brain injuries and a range of other complex needs.  We provide quality, person-centred, reliable and responsive care, placing our families at the heart of every service that we deliver.

Our Health Care Assistants can provide services in the family home on a one  to one  basis  or support individuals to access activities or  day services in the community. We provide a high quality clinically led support service, delivered by a dedicated team trained specifically to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Our support staff are trained by a dedicated clinical manager who is a Registered Nurse.  They support the clients and their families with a bespoke care plan and work with them to ensure that the needs and wants of our clients are listened to and supported effectively.

We are able to provide short breaks / overnight support (waking and sleeping nights) and any variations to this that may be required. Our service is supported by a 24/7 operational and clinical on-call service for emergencies outside of working hours.
