Hft is a leading provider of support services to people with learning disabilities in England. We believe we can help everyone we support to lead a more fulfilled life, whatever their level of need. Our services include supporting people to live in their own homes (often with friends) or in registered care as well as providing daytime opportunities, respite and domiciliary care. Our staff expertise includes working with people with complex needs, challenging behaviour and specific syndromes. As a charity founded by families 50 years ago, at Hft we understand that it is vital that family and friends are closely involved in the lives of people we support.
