Phronesis care is a small company with 4 carers. It was registered in October 2017 with Jestina as the Director.
Our aim is to register with CQC but at the moment I am operating as a Personal assistant.
I have worked in care for 19 years. Experienced in personal care, shopping and all social activities. Also experienced in complex care eg cough assists, peg feeds, bowel care and many more.
I have done medication training and other mandatory courses I also hold NVQS 1-3 and a Diploma Level 5 in leadership.
I live in Aylesbury so would prefer calls that are within 30 miles unless if it’s really necessary to go far.
