We ensure that all of our Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers undertake rigorous compliance procedures as recommended by CQC which includes; Enhanced DBS Check, checks against the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) and Protection of Vulnerable Children (POCA) registers and Submission of complete immunisation records.

Our compliance system means we are aware of all our staff training and documentation and our employees are encouraged to maintain and update all their skills on a regular basis so that they are up to date with the latest care methods and ways of looking after their clients.
