Long term stress can have a major impact on our physical and mental health and Mindfulness for Stress course incorporates such techniques as meditations, gentle movement, theoretical understanding of how the mind works and mind body exercises.
People who have completed this 8-week course have reported feeling more in control of their lives, less anxious, managing stress better, able to sleep more and feel more engaged with their family and work life.
The course includes 20 hours group practice. Each week we will meet for 2.5 hours. You will be provided with the Little Mindfulness workbook that contains techniques to help you combat stress and enhance your life. The little Mindfulness practice book and meditation tracks either as MP3's or CDs.
