Thrive are the leading national, charitable organisation delivering Social and Therapeutic Horticulture in the UK. We use gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of those with physical and learning disabilities, ill health or who are isolated or disadvantaged, with a broad range of programmes available. Our trained horticultural therapists create an individual development plan for each client gardener based around their needs and goals and deliver person centered, measured activities which are regularly reviewed to ensure the outcomes are in line with aims and goals.
