About this provider

We are a new supported living organisation however the management team has over 10 years experience in supporting vulnerable adults to move on from a more institutionalised way of living and become more independent. We support people from 18years upwards with a learning disability, mental health issues, challenging behaviours sensory impairments and acquired brain injury.

Our aim is to guide, support, care and involve our service users in all aspects of their lives. We encourage our service users to express their views and have involvement in making decisions about their support/care, (where ever possible)

Our staff team receive training to ensure they have the right skills and knowledge base and qualifications to support peoples individualised ways and diverse needs. We will support and involve you in the decision making regarding your care, treatment and support and respect personal choices wherever possible. We will identify and manage risks in order to support you in carrying out your everyday needs of living, and work with you to help you to achieve your short and long term goals."
