TLC Homecare is a South Yorkshire based local care provider (and part of the Optimo Care Group of companies who deliver care across an even broader area), with more than 20 years’ experience of providing and assessing for care. Whether you are looking for domestic help, personal care, medication support, respite/sitting service whilst you go out, we can help you find the right answer. We can also support if you are an adult with either a physical disability or a learning disability and wish to have some help to support maintaining your independence. TLC Homecare deliver person centred and bespoke services to over 600 people per week across the South Yorkshire, including Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield. We are proud to be preferred and accredited suppliers to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council and Sheffield City Council. We are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and always endeavour to provide our service users with the highest possible standard of care. Your service will be designed to meet your individual needs, promote and support your rights, choices, independence and quality of life. With well-trained care workers and a wealth of experience in delivering the best quality, person centred, care we are able, we can offer flexibly arranged short visits or hourly support tailored to your individual needs and support our service users to live independently in their own homes for longer. We are dementia and dignity champions and hold Investors in People, the Workplace Wellbeing Charter Award and the South Yorkshire council partnership BeWell@work Award amongst others. We are also a disability friendly employer. Many of our staff have trained specifically in dementia support and other qualifications which help support them to deliver the best care we can to all of our service users across the organisation.
