About this provider

Hand To Heart has been passed by CQC. We work with adults from the age of 18 years and upwards, working with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, end of life care, mental health problems, alcohol/ drug related illnesses, social care, service users returning home after hospital stay for illness/operations.

We provide personal care such as washing, bathing, showering, dressing, catheter care, shaving.

Preparing food, this includes assistance with feeding and peg feeding.

Social care which includes, shopping, days out, light household cleaning, laundry, ironing, accompanying to appointments.

We operate a 24 hour on call system for weekends, out of office hours and bank holidays.

Our services are provided throughout the Barnsley district also covering Goldthorpe, Thurnscoe and Wath districts.
