About this provider

Thorndene At Home services are available on a 24-hour a day, 7 day a week basis throughout the year. The Registered Manager and care administrators are available during office hours between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday and a responsible person is on call for staff and service users at all other times.

Thorndene At Homes prime objective is to enhance the quality of life for service users and their families, who are in need of personal care, social or domestic support due to illness, disability, dementia or frailty by offering a domiciliary service through the provision of appropriately trained community care staff.

Our home care services are individually designed for service users who may require assistance with personal care, feeding, social activities, domestic tasks, shopping etc. Our service is flexible within the limits of Health and Safety Legislation.

An initial assessment of your requirements will be made by a member of the management team to develop a care package tailored to your individual needs and wishes. In addition you will be visited regularly to evaluate your progress and ensure all your needs are being met and to identify any new ones that may arise or adapt the plan as required to changing wishes.

The service user, their carer and relatives where appropriate are encouraged to participate in the evaluation and progress reviews.
