About this provider
There are three units located on our Hothfield Manor site, including the original Manor House, a separate rehabilitation unit and seven transitional living bungalows. Together they provide the following services: specialist rehabilitation, slow stream rehabilitation, complex disability management, neuropalliative care, respite care and transitional living.
Our service has been designed to care for adults, who are medically stable, with a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to: Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome and Spinal Injury. The team at Hothfield are also experienced in managing other associated needs such as specialist spasticity management, PEG feeds, skin integrity problems and patients in a minimally conscious state who require arousal assessment programmes.
