About this provider

As a Day Care Centre we provide services geared towards the over 55' criteria. Since operating for over 20 years we have further developed and enhanced our programs and existing services to meet the needs of all who attend the centre.

Our staff are trained to NVQ Level 3 standard in Health & Social Care and are currently studying Level 4 of our training program. Diplomas have been achieved at Level 2 standard in the Principles of Dementia and Care which will further develop and enhance their skills in a caring profession. As a strong team we work together to promote and deliver a high standard of care to our service users.

Nutritional meals are served daily with a varied menu Monday to Friday. Refreshments are available all day long and all services are greeted with tea and toast on arrival.

Our care team are there to assist and help you with activities which are there for you to enjoy.We provide support, assistance and encouragement to all members within the centre. We provide a varied range of activities and programs to suit all needs promoting independence and interaction with others.

Our Day Care service also supports families and their carers who look after their loved ones. All carers deserve a break from their caring role. This may be to rest or just grab some quality time back by having some space to themselves. Equally, carers can take comfort from the knowledge that their family member is in a secure and safe environment in their absence.

Endike Community Care is a charity and non profit making organization. We are a preferred provider status for Hull City Council along with Social Services and work with the NHS Mental Health Team and other health professionals in the HU6 area.

Our many projects also include: Silver Surfers (Computers), Keeping People Safe at home (KP'S), Enabling project and fundraising activities.
