Our Home

The management team have over 23 years experience of working in partnership with children and adults with various needs, such as physical disabilities. We are registered with CQC and have achieved a highly positive performance assessment through North Lincolnshire Council about the services we provide. We are proud to say that we were selected as finalist in the Great British Care Awards' in 2011 for the work we do and the outcomes we achieve with our clients.

We have experience in supporting people with various health conditions such as Motor Neurone disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ME, Huntingdon's Disease along with many other health conditions.

All our Home Support Workers undertake the Skills for Care Induction training and most of our staff have NVQ in Social Care or the equivalent qualifications. Person specific training is also given dependent upon the skills required to meet a client's needs. All our staff have enhanced CRB checks and have been selected through an interview process. We also work various different health professionals to ensure that our client achieve the best possible outcomes. We provide an out of hour's service for staff and clients to contact us if they support when the office is not open.
