The best way I can describe what I do is to ask the question: Who has a pain or niggle that they think "It can't be fixed" or "the doctors don't know what is it so why would you?" and provide the answer: Bowen is complimentary and works alongside the treatment you may already be receiving. It doesn't claim to cure anything, but it could help you live a more pain free, mobile lifestyle.

I have been contemplating a Reiki session for a while now, but wasn't sure if it was all just a bit "too good to be true" or if it was just a load of nonsense if you like.
Today, I had my first ever Reiki session. I opted to go for it for the sheer reason I suffer with anxiety issues and real self-confidence issues. This can happen at any time and can be for any silly old reason and I needed something to help me with that after Doctors couldn't help me.
It was all done in the comfort and privacy of my own home with just myself and Keeley there. She was very understanding of my issues and knew exactly where to start. She made me feel right at ease and started doing the session after a consultation which involved discussing my issues and the best way to conquer those issues.
The session started, I can't tell you exactly how long it lasted because I was totally relaxed and in the zone. I could feel and see different sensations and it was truly an amazing experience. A lot more came from it than what I expected, being a bit sceptical.
Afterwards we discussed how I felt and went through some relaxation techniques in which I can use on a day to day basis to help relieve any anxiety I may feel throughout the day.
I had a treatment, as an idea to sort out a neck issue I was having. Keeley was professional and made me feel really comfortable. I've never had anything like this before so I was very sceptical about it all and when there was no magical fix for my neck I was even more so. My neck was a lot better than before the treatment but the side effects were more interesting, I sleep better and I am feeling much more well in myself in general, both of these had been issues I hadn't mentioned at all because of how much I was focussed on my injury. I'm not so sceptical now. I would recommend Keeley to anyone!
Keeley is one of the most friendly people I have ever met.I would definitely recommend her, she kindly has donated her to time charity for both of my events helping us raise over £2000 for children with cancer and again shes donated a bowen treatment to my next event. Thank you keeley your great
