Elite Staffing UK Ltd also trading as Elite Care UK Ltd are a healthcare agency specialising in domiciliary care and Learning disabilities. We provide care staff to care homes, as well as to service users own premises and places of respite. Our staff are trained in Health and Safety, infection control, first aid, safeguarding, moving and handling, food hygiene, medication and dementia. Further training is also given for specialist area's/needs.

All our staff are CRB checked and references obtained before a position is offered to them. We offer a 24 hour on call service to our clients and staff. We are CQC regulated, Investors in People, ICO registered and are a City and Guilds training center. All our services are tailored to each service user. Our person centred care has been at the forefront of the service we deliver to our clients. Elite can offer carers or support workers from the BME community. Our staff are bilingual and we aim to match the needs of our service users to our staff ensuring we tick as many boxes as possible when it comes to suitability. This breaks down barriers such as culture clashes, language barriers, religious needs and enables both service users and their families to build strong relationships up with their support worker/ carer/Personal assistant. In some cases service users or their families already have a carer/support worker identified. Support workers/carers/Personal assistants can be neighbors, friends, family members (in certain circumstances) or someone found through advertising and interview, which we will help you with. Where there's a training requirement, ELITE will work with you to arrange tailored training for your support workers/carers/ppersonal assistants that matches your specific needs. ELITE also help people with money management, by setting up an individual service fund, again to take yet another hassle out of managing your care and support. ELITE realised we could remove this headache by helping people and their families to choose support workers/carers/personal assistants themselves and then employing them on their behalf. In a nutshell - You choose and organise your ideal support workers/carers/ppersonal assistants and ELITE employ them for you - allowing all the choice and control, but without the hassle! ELITE will then help you arrange the details of your day-to-day support to suit your own routine. You decide who comes into your home and when - rather than it being decided for you.

All our staff have a can do attitude and will go the extra mile for the clients allocated to them. We carry out regular reviews to ensure the service users care needs are being met and any additional needs are being catered for.

We ensure one to one meetings are organised on a regular basis with the service users, service users families and relevant partnerships to enable us to update and discuss the care delivered to the service user concerned.
