Here at Westwood Care and Support Services, We offer a personalised service for everyone. Our service is focused in a Person Centred way this means the support we provide has the person at the centre. The focus of our approach is always on what is important to them. We believe that these person centred plans give us a firm foundation for support; enabling us to continually listen and learn about what is important to an individual now and in the future, and to act on this in partnership with them, their family and/or representatives. Although independence is a vital part of a person's dignity, sometimes, as life goes on, it's possible to feel isolated in your own home. That's why we offer local members of the community an opportunity to take advantage of day-care services and enable them to become involved in a range of organised social activities.
