We operate as a Domiciliary Care Agency, licenced by CQC, with Good rating. Our carers are appropriately trained to meet the diverse needs of service users, and updated training is done annually.

We follow stringent recruitment procedures, and all our staff have an enhanced DBS check which is renewed annually.

We provide 24hour service 365days and operate a rapid response service.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and out of hours from 6pm to 9am including bank holidays and Christmas Day.

The Registered Manager is a qualified nurse and holds a post graduate degree in management and also a trainer and assessor. The care co-ordinators are all trained to Level 3 Health and Social Care
