Precision Poise was established in 2018 with the vision of helping people to feel Strong, Able and Confident in their own bodies. That vision is the heart of what I offer. Supportive instruction that treats every person as an individual, whether you have come to me as a one to one client or are joining one of my group classes. I offer high quality instruction that aims to inform and empower you to understand and work with your own body, putting you in control and building confidence in your own abilities.
I am a vocationally trained former dancer, turned fitness professional. I am also a Mum of a toddler and someone who is all to aware that despite all our good intentions, life just sometimes gets in the way of looking after ourselves. My role is to support, motivate and encourage you to take time out to focus on you and your wellbeing.
