Louise and Claire's services ltd are a small family run company. We currently have a team off 14 staff that are all trained to high standards and have many years experience and knowledge. We also have current Disclosure and Barring services certificates that have just been renewed this year.

Louise and Claire have 27 years experience each and both held the post of Management for the last 6 years each. Louise is currently assessor for Moving and handling and was a trainer at her previous job so all training is hands on and if any client as a specific illness that we feel that our staff needs  more training as required we do seek more information and access to any relevant training. Each client is assessed at the time off the care plan and all needs are specified to enable our support workers  to be fully informed and able to know each client individually.

We currently work alongside all other Care Agencies that are working within South Yorkshire and outside agencies Alzheimer's society Headways and Advocacy team. We are all Dementia friends and work alongside the local Alzheimer's society and activity participate in their local fund raising events.

Each client is matched to a support worker that is firstly introduced to ensure that the match is suitable to the client and care needs are met by that support worker. Care plans are person centred and clients are encouraged to actively have input into their own support plans so we are ensuring that all needs, preferences and any beliefs are met.
