About this provider

Sussex Grange Residential Care Home provides a cosy and comfortable home for 19 elderly people.

We also offer one room that is dedicated to respite care; this room can be booked for short stays to provide the opportunity for holidays or to come and have a trial stay with us prior to making a decision about long term care and support.

As well as residential care, we also provide care and support for elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes - Sussex Grange Home Care.

All of these services are integrated to ensure that the people who we support are able to move between all of our different services with ease. This enables people to have more choice about how and when their care and support is provided.
