Wishes Care and Support provides a high standard of home care services to help individuals to remain independent in their own home and to still feel part of the community. We are dedicated in providing a high standard of care and support by always keeping the individual at the heart of any decision making and respecting their wishes and choices.

We feel it is important to support and encourage the individual to reach their goals and aspirations, enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes whilst promoting independence, dignity and respect. We can provide continuity and stability of care and support to suit individuals routines or more flexible visits if needed to ensure health and wellbeing ,each client is treated as an individual and as an equal no matter of age, sexuality, disability, cultural or religious beliefs.

Wishes care and support is CQC registered, all our assistants have a full enhanced DBS check and are fully trained and have years of experience in providing care and support on a professional level to individuals of all ages with different needs.
