My Homecare Huddersfield is available in the Kirklees area, to provide the care and support to individuals wishing to continue living independently within the comfort of their own homes. My Homecare offer domiciliary Care for service users who may have social and health difficulties. We provide a wide range of care packages from simple domestic assistance visits, personal care, palliative care right through to a full complex 24-hour care packages.

Personal care will cover (but not limited to) bathing, cleaning, assistance with dressing, ensuring medication is taken etc. An assessment will be completed to identify the care required by involving the relevant people i.e. family, social worker. Carers that are in place have DBS clearance, review of previous reference and who are recruited on the basis that they are suitable to provide a good level of care. Full training is provided to all the carers including (but not limited to) Moving and Handling Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Personal Protective Equipment, COSHH, RIDDOR, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity Act and Person Centered Care.
