About this provider

We can support people who have physical disability, sensual impairment, mental health problems or fragility. We will discuss what services you require such as personal care or meal preparation, medication supervision and put together a care plan with you. We can carry out any of the tasks set out within the care plan as long as you give your consent. A carer should always tell you what they are about to do, and will carry out the task with your permission. If you or your family member express that they do not want the task carried out, we will respect their decision. Our staff will always try to encourage that all tasks on the care plan are carried out, and can try different approaches to achieve this.

We specialise in Palliative Care and Dementia Care. We are based in Ipswich but cover all surrounding areas including Bury St. Edmunds, Stowmarket, Woodbridge and further if we are required.
