Personal care
Our Personal care service is designed to support the individual with their day-to-day living, as well as providing the individual with the encouragement allowing them full control to remain living independently.

Our personal care service can support the individual with dressing, administering medication, bathing and continence care, at a time to suit your convenience. Maintaining the individual’s dignity is of paramount importance to us, which is why our support workers will ensure the individual feel comfortable at all times.

24 hours care
Our 24 hour care service supports individuals who require a significant level of support throughout the day and night. This allows the individual’s family and friend’s peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are benefiting from the expert care of highly skilled healthcare professionals, in the place where the individual is most comfortable.

Unlike a care home where many individuals must be considered, 24 hour care is a personal one-to-one service that is tailored to the needs of each individual. A flexible care service is provided, accommodating your regular routine and specific needs, as well as adapting to the individual’s changing circumstances.

We can arrange for a Support worker to look after the individual’s care needs during the day, and another Support worker to be with the individual throughout the night.

We believe that enabling people to receive care in their own home is not just something that is preferred by clients, but that it forms a fundamental component of the care itself. But the positive aspects of care within the home environment can be quickly negated if those providing the care do not fit in with the home environment.
