About this provider

We provide a comprehensive and intensive programme based on the principles of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The aim of our programme / service is to help instill self-belief (Power) in children, young people, and adults by enabling them to become familiar with their Emotional Intelligence (Power+).
We have developed eight modules that we take each participant through:

• Module 1 - Anger Management
• Module 2 - Self Confidence
• Module 3 - Self Belief
• Module 4 – Empathy
• Module 5 - Self Motivation
• Module 6 - Brain Plasticity
• Module 7 - Mindfulness & Focus
• Module 8 - Assessment & Analysis

This programme is for individuals and families but we work strictly on a one-to-one basis.
We work intensively with each individual and conduct group or joint-familial work where we believe it to enhance the therapeutic outcomes of our work for our clients.

Who are our clients?
Children, young people, or adults with physical, social, economical, and attitudinal vulnerabilities; Children, young people, or adults with mental health and behavioral issues; Children, young people, or adults in the youth or criminal justice system or at-risk of criminality; Children, young people, or adults presenting low self-esteem and poor academic achievement; Children, young people, or adults unable presently to engage with mainstream society due to unresolved past trauma; Children, young people, or adults who want to be better, get the most out of themselves, and move on up.
