Tracscare is a specialist provider of support for over 800 people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. For over 30 years our priority has been the fulfilment of the lives of the people we support across England and Wales.

We believe in the potential of everyone we support and are responsive to their needs, while working in partnership with families, funders and stakeholders. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence. Through our outcome focused approaches we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives.
