Home from Hospital Care

About this provider

Through our volunteers, Home from Hospital Care supports Birmingham residents recently discharged from hospital (or other health care facility). We offer free, to assist with shopping, befriending, benefits advice, form filling and signposting on to other services. We can also offer free, a food parcel upon discharge to those that do not have the support network to help with the initial food requirements.
