About this provider

Talkback is an organisation for and with people with a learning disability. Our overall aim is to empower people with learning disabilities to realise their full potential and life chances.

Talkback has 3 strands-
Engage
- Talkbacks core self -advocacy, advocacy, involvement and participation work and is delivered across Bucks, Milton Keynes and Reading. Engage also includes consultation, Care and Treatment Reviews, Care Act Independent Advocacy , Training and consultation.

Equip (Bucks) - focuses on work with young people aged 16- 25. Equip works in partnership with Bucks colleges of FE on individualised programmes designed to prepare young people for greater independence in future life. Equip focuses on delivering bespoke activities that provide educational, vocational and social learning opportunities as well as the practical application of essential life skills.
Equip works in a variety of ways, including 1:1, working in groups and work experience all designed to develop life skills, independence and self-esteem.

Nclude (Bucks) - A creative day opportunities programme based on the principles of self advocacy and provides a range of activity and courses for adults with a learning disability aged 25+.
