We are committed to helping older people and adults with a disability to remain independent through a programme of discreet professional support. We have achieved this through our stringent recruitment programme. We provide fully trained and culturally sensitive staff who speak a wide range of languages such as Arabic, Somali, Polish, Dutch, Amharic, and Italian, as well as English. Moreover, 70% of our workforce own a UK driver's license and wish to drive to and from work locations.
