Worth Valley Care Services service our local community to provide a reliable, dignified care service within your own home.

Our care plans are flexible and can be adjusted to suit an individual’s specific requirements. We recognise the value of involving your family members, relatives and friends in your care plan and can co-ordinate our care with any existing support you may be receiving from other health professionals.

Our service includes:

Personal Care
- Bathing, showering, washing.
- Helping to use the bathroom
- Dressing & undressing
- Help with mobility and associated problems
- Help with medication / creams.

Housekeeping & Domestic
- Help with preparing / serving meals.
- Cleaning
- Bed changing
- Laundering
- Shopping / helping to pay bills
- Collecting prescriptions

Accompanying
- On social outings
- To appointments

Respite Care (Breaks for Carers)

This service is to support full time carers to have a holiday or short break. We can ‘step in’ to provide additional help and support – from just monitoring of safety and wellbeing to a full personal care service for the required duration.
