Dancefitness side of my business is helping people with their physical fitness through the Dancefitness Programme Fitsteps. Also I deliver the Sitsteps seated excercise. The Music side I work closley with elderly homes taking them back in time with songs from the 40-50's- 60's, Motown & country. Helping dementia suffers rekindle beautiful memories through old time hits & classics My work is Very much focused on the wellbeing of people.
