About this provider

We provide advocacy support to:

• Access services
• Help you put your views across
• Talk to your social worker
• Find out information
• Support at meetings
• To make a complaint

We can support you if you are an adult over the age of 18 years, or transitioning from young person to adult services and if you are:

• An adult with a learning disability,
• And adult with physical and/or sensory impairment,
• A parent with learning disabilities going through child protection processes
• An older person
• Unable to instruct in social care processes/decisions
