About this provider

Waves is a day provision, offering meaningful opportunities for adults with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities.

We have a huge range of activities on offer, from accessing our large multi functional garden (with our small animal quarter, raised flower beds, sensory garden, bee and butterfly garden and a poly-tunnel), our small animal husbandry unit, our Waves 2 Sensory and Therapy centre, to our Waves 1 Independent Living Centre, including our own education centre offering a range of accredited qualifications, all located within the heart of the community in Slaithwaite.

We have many work placements within the Slaithwaite area for our more able members and we cater to a range of abilities and budgets. We pride ourselves on being a flexible, person centred, meaningful experience, a provision with a difference.
