Diagrama Healthcare Services Ltd is a not for profit business operating as a trading arm for our parent organisation the Diagrama Foundation, a registered charity.

In November 2014 we took over the operations of another charity which has since ceased trading, Cabrini Children’s Society. Part of that business involved a successful operation of residential care homes for adults (18-65) with learning disabilities. The Cabrini operation was well established over a long period (100 year history) and had an excellent reputation within the social care and care home sector. We have continued the great work established by Cabrini under our own company name of Diagrama Healthcare. We currently operate and run three Adult Care Homes (Learning Disability) in Orpington Kent.

Our residents all receive great care and we strive to offer the best service available. All our homes operate on person centred care basis with a strong ethos around individuality. A recent CQC inspector praised our homes for being very “homely” and commented that they could see our residents are well looked after and appeared safe, happy and content. We have received similar comments from our customer Local Authorities who have clients placed within our homes.
