Caremark Barnsley is a home care provider with vast experience of providing care and support to people who wish to remain living independently, in their own homes and community.

We deliver care and support that is person centred, bespoke and arrange around the individual to ensure you receive the support that meets your individual needs.

Our service is a high quality support, arranged with you to assist you to maintain your independence and quality of life. Our teams of care and support workers are fully trained, having attended our comprehensive induction and training programme. Our staff attend ongoing training sessions to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled to support specific needs such as Dementia Awareness, End of Life, and Challenging Behaviour. They have also undertaken a criminal records bureau check and are reference checked in accordance with the Care Quality Commission regulations.

We offer flexible support from half an hour upwards, delivered as you wish, promoting your rights, choices and dignity, supporting the following people:

• Learning Disabilities
• Children & Young Adults
• Challenging Behaviour

We can support you in your own home with personal care and domestic support. Also out in your community attending social events, leisure activities, shopping trips, Hospital & Doctors appointments, or simply visiting friends.
