SIHARA HOME CARE is founded and established by an occupational therapist and a medical doctor (GP), to provide an unparalleled quality of reablement traditional care & End Of Life Care to people in their own homes. Sihara care is founded not only on the ethos of providing superior home care to its customers but we also wish to empower the individual by promoting independence and confidence within the individual.

The idea of Sihara home care was born following many years of experience in the health and social care sector, by it's founders. It was identified that able individuals who upon receiving some form of care at home, either due to an acute illness or a chronic condition, began losing their independence as they were not encouraged to participate in the activity by the care staff resulting in total dependency.

Our approach at Sihara home care is grounded in helping the individual gain back their independence and we encourage them to have the confidence to become autonomous in their everyday tasks whether these are personal or domestic.

Our staff is personally trained by our occupational therapist and physiotherapist on methods and ways on how best to provide reablement care to the individual in order to make them independent.
