Shine specialises in providing high quality [CQC Registered] supported living and floating support services for forensic and/or complex needs mental health service users.

We are acutely aware of our duty to provide excellent value services particularly in light of the increasing accountability for expenditure in public services, the continuous drive for better standards and outcomes as well as the increasingly competitive environment within the health and social care sector.

Our strategy is focused on delivering excellent value through partnership working, continuous improvement, the effective and efficient use of resources, a quality assured service, a competitive price and an outcome focused service.

Shine started in June 2009 and during this short space a time we have developed 5 projects, 3 service levels, we have managed to become a key partner for all our stakeholders and have established a strong referral stream based purely on word of mouth, which are achievements we are extremely proud of.
