Tier care ltd is a unique day centre for the elderly, it offers an opportunity to reduce the risk of isolation, it is a place where individuals can join in with others, make friends and it also gives carers a chance to have a well- earned break. we specialises in the care of dementia suffers.

There is a barnsley dementia champion on hand at all times to assist if required to do so. it is run and owned by 2 local ladies, and employ local people to work with them. all staff are trained to a high standard. tier aims to offer what it stands for. A place where training can be delivered, a place where independence is promoted. somewhere where enablement is second nature and most of all its a relaxing environment.
