TES Homecare Ltd is a domiciliary care company which is privately owned. It was inspired by experience gained from working many years in the industry. We are committed to providing a high quality standard of care giving our clients the opportunity to remain in their own homes as safely and independently as possible.

The front line team between them has 40 years of experience and our aims are:
• To be reliable, dependable, secure and responsive
• To show courtesy, dignity and respect continuously
• To ensure clients are involved in decision regarding their care
• All assessed needs are met
• That all clients are regularly reviewed and necessary changes are made to care plans
• That all staff are trained and supervised to ensure they are competent to carry out the tasks expected from them

We will train our carers to be "the best that they can be" to ensure our standards are high.

Other duties include:

• Employing a well-trained and competent management team and competent qualified care staff
• Ensuring consistency of care that we provide through a well-coordinated team of carer’s
• Taking on board and responding to any comments or suggestions
• Ensuring flexibility in the service due to the possible changing health/needs of our clients
• Being in line with relevant legislator requirements
• Ensuring all information is kept up to date and that it is easily accessible
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and developing practices through our quality assurance system
