At Joymac Care our vision is to enable people live their life, their choice, their way. The ethos of our organisation is that every person can decide how to live their life and be in control of the way we work with them towards achieving the life they want. Seeking the best possible wellbeing for individuals, promoting and facilitating growth and self-fulfilment underpins the ethos of our organisation. Our services are designed to meet the needs of individuals with mental health needs, autistic spectrum disorder, learning disability and other associated needs.

We provide care and support to adults of working age living in their homes. Our well-trained staff work in partnership with carers, advocates, family and friends, professionals and other agencies to deliver person focused outcomes. We provide a dedicated and skilled support service 24/7 to individuals in a homely shared living environment. We believe in allowing people their own space to live the way they want, take part in activities that broadens their horizon and make them happy, above all living as independently as possible.

Our support provision is delivered through a committed and enthusiastic team who have a wealth of experience and the necessary skills to facilitate empowerment while treating individuals with respect and dignity.

At Joymac our work is informed by relevant legislation/regulations such as the Care Act 2014, Equality Act 2012, Mental capacity Act 2005, Human rights Act 1998 and the Mental Health Act 1983 to ensure that service user’s rights are protected and best interest decisions are made in partnership with the people we support and other stakeholders involved in their care taking into consideration their personal life choices, cultural and ethnic preferences.
