Open Heart Care Ltd is a domiciliary care provider that is dedicated to providing a highly good quality care service to vulnerable adults with the intention of providing person centred care through the promotion of dignity and respect. All our services will be tailored to the individual needs in order to promote choice.

We will spend time get to know our clients and their ways of life so we can provide relevant assistance and support. Our adult care services are tailored to our client’s specific needs so you can choose the level of support you require.

Our aim is to deliver care which improves the lives of our service users by treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion.

We believe that our service should not only be in line with the Care Act 2014, but should deliver excellence and enable people to live their lives safely and well.

All our staff are effectively recruited by undergoing interviews, training's, dbs checks, provided references, and we are working on their Continuous Professional Developments.
Our office is open from 9am – 9PM and during closed hours all our calls are diverted to the on call care coordinator
