Synchronised Care is a family owned business who provide care to people who require assistant to meet their social and personal care needs; we are committed to provide support services to people to enable them to remain at home and to encourage independence.

Our optimistic approach recognises the individuality of each service user. Every care package provided by Synchronised Care will be fully personalised and will give flexibility to individual designed to put the service user in control and fit in with their preferred lifestyle at times that are suitable and convenient.

Synchronised Care has a fully in-house qualified person centred counsellor. Having a person centred counseller in place makes us different from other home care providers and is available to our staff which demonstrates we value or care and support assistants as well as our service users.
