Option for Independent living is a Day opportunity Centre for Adults. We provide flexible day-care service which includes full and half day sessions. The Centre provides a safe environment for citizens to socialise, take part in a range of activities and enjoy a nutritious meals. Warm and friendly day opportunity for citizens with dementia depression and or a variety of health issues. we provide a safe way to exercise all muscles needed for fall prevention and independent life. Transport to and from the centre can be provided in most geographical areas. Our staff have the skills, attitude and understanding to enable them to care for citizens we support with dignity and respect.
