Skills Tank is an independent specialist provider that develops young adults aged 16-25, who are in transition to a new service, and adults 25+ with moderate to severe learning difficulties/disabilities, who may have behaviour that can challenge, and extra assistance is needed. We develop person centred learning plans for each and every individual aimed at helping them, at their pace and in bite sized chunks, improve their wellbeing, social skills as well as enhance their personal and social development.
