Dimensions is a National Not for profit Charity that works with People with learning disabilities to achieve the best of what they want out of life. Person centred support in a way that allows people to choose how and when they are supported and to aim for life's ambitions.
Outreach Hillingdon provides support to people often living in their own home support to maintain their tenancies, access the community, apply for benefits, challenge decisions, and appeals, maximise their income.
We offer low level support to tackle life's daily issues which we may find easy, but others may find hard.
We have experience in supporting people through the court system, DWP system, housing system and enabling people to be part of their community.
