About this provider

I am A Master Trainer, level 3 accredited, providing training, coaching and support to women of 50 yearrs or over. I am particularly interested in helping women be fitter, healthier and stronger and ultimately more confident in themselves. Working with women of a similar age group to myself I feel I am ideally suited to understand how to support and motivate.
