The clinic offers evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) supporting individuals in treating common mental health problems such as low mood, anxiety and trauma specialising in treating children, adolescents and adults.
At CBT and Therapy Hub we work collaboratively towards your goals from therapy with the importance of a therapeutic relationship, this is developed from trust and confidence by understanding your presenting concerns and offering evidence based psychological interventions.
The locations available for face to face sessions are Edgbaston and Harborne. Sessions are available UK and worldwide, via Skype and telephone.
