About this provider

A hub-and-spoke support service, for people with a learning disability and/or a physical disability with a focus on community building, peer support and individual asset development. The service provides support in several ways.
Accommodation based support is provided in partnership with local housing providers and offers both shared and self-contained supported housing. This is a time limited option, with support focused on developing life skills towards holding an independent general needs tenancy.
Floating support is offered to service members living independently throughout the borough, including service members moving out of accommodation-based support.
Support is also offered through Hubs around the borough. Hub sessions are varied, but all are member led with staff facilitation.
