About this provider

We provide domiciliary/ Supported Living support to adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism with complex challenging behaviour needs, we provide a holistic approach to care.

We usually provide block hours of care up to 24 hour live in support and put a focus on carer matching making sure we put the service user at the centre and flex our service to best suit individual needs.

We also put a focus on interest matching, which gives common interests and encourages a good relationship with the support worker from the start whilst skill matching as well. We can support with all aspects of care for example, personal care, domestic support, home management, going to work or volunteering, social activities.

We also provide live in care, which is where a carer would live with you in your home and can be a really good alternative to residential care, this enables people to live in their own home for longer, to have personalised care tailored to them, for example, there is no time to wake up or for meals, and care is focused to be as much or as little as needed, it also allows people to continue to live the life they want to, for example, going shopping, visiting friends, going out.

Our Office is based in Leeds but we can support individuals in North Yorkshire, York, Kirklees, Bradford, Calderdale and surrounding areas.
